Shipping
All orders are carefully prepared within 1–2 business days.
Preparation time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days from the date the order is shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders, as indicated at checkout.
Please note:
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.
At this time, shipping is available only to selected regions. If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us to explore possible shipping arrangements.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Order Changes & Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes or cancellations can only be guaranteed before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, it will be handled according to the return policy.
Returns
We truly hope you love your jewelry.
If something was not perfect, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
Return requests must be submitted in writing via email or message.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned:
Unworn and unused
In new condition
In the original packaging with all tags and protective materials
Without signs of wear, damage, scratches, or scent
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or partially refunded at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is initiated by the customer or if delivery is refused, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
The return shipping cost will correspond to the original shipping fee charged for the order.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error, defect, or incorrect item sent on our side, we will cover the reasonable shipping costs associated with the return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Responsibility for Return Shipment
The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the product.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.
After reviewing your request, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
In such cases, we will cover the reasonable shipping costs.
